Property Use

* No Smoking Policy

Stone Creek Retreat is a smoke-free home. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and cannabis is not permitted anywhere inside or outside the property. Violation will result in a $1000 fine if discovered.

* Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted at Stone Creek Retreat. This policy helps maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergen-friendly environment for all guests.Violation of this rule will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will also be applied.

* Waste Disposal

Please dispose of all household waste in the designated trash areas. All trash must be securely bagged and placed inside the appropriate containers. Leaving trash outside units or in common areas is not permitted.

Noise

* Quiet Hours

Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors.

* Guest Limit

The maximum occupancy for Stone Creek Retreat is 6 guests. No extra overnight guests are allowed beyond those stated at time of booking/reservation. Children are considered guests and must be included in the reservation guest total. Exceeding this limit without prior arrangement is not permitted and may result in cancellation of your booking and/or a $200 charge per person, per night assessed.

Safety

* Reporting Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order household inventory and appliances shall be used conventionally and respectfully. Guests shall maintain a respectable level of cleanliness and tidiness in the home. Any damages should be reported immediately; charges/fees for repair/ replacement assessed accordingly.
