Check-in is simple and contactless. Detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you prior to your stay. Please ensure you have your parking pass upon arrival, which can be obtained at the security gate when entering Pointe Royale.
Early check-in and late check-out are offered based on availability and are not automatically included in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. We’re happy to assist—just let us know in advance.

River Rock is a smoke-free community. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and cannabis, is not permitted anywhere on the property. Violation will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee in accordance with community policies.Violation will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee.

Pets are not permitted at River Rock. This policy helps maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergen-friendly environment for all guests.
* Waste Disposal
Please dispose of all household waste in the designated trash areas. All trash must be securely bagged and placed inside the appropriate containers. Leaving trash outside units or in common areas is not permitted.
Noise
* Quiet Hours
Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We ask guests to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors.
* Guest Limit
The maximum occupancy for River Rock is 6 guests. Exceeding this limit without prior arrangement is not permitted and may result in cancellation of your booking.
