Check In/Out Times
You can book directly through our website by visiting the 'Availability/Book Now' page. Select your desired dates and number of guests, and follow the prompts to complete your reservation. Direct bookings often come with the best rates!
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange.

Pets are not permitted at River Rock. This helps maintain a clean, comfortable, and allergen-friendly environment for all guests.
Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. Please see our 'Policies' page for full details.
